Directions:

I've been using EHP Labs OxyWhey Protein for over a year now and I will never switch back to another protein again. I will constantly buy the Vanilla Ice Crea,m flabvour to mix in with my smoothies and oats/chia puddings as it gives a subtle sweetness however I love how these proteins don't leave that gritty protein flavour. I could drink this alone with water and definitely hits the spot or if your needing to satisfy a sugar craving. I've also tried to the choc caramel and the choc flavour and I can say the reviews are consistent I am yet to have tried a not so nce flavour from EHP. Hands down the best protein powder I’ve ever had BUT, only going by the Vanilla Icecream flavor, which is delicious and bang on and I love it. Unfortunately, with all other top choice flavors out of stock, I decided to also try the Cereal Krispie one, and it’s a no from me.
