Add 30g (three level scoops) to 200ml trim milk or water and shake or blend until mixed.

Love the chocolate flavour! It mixes really thick so you can enjoy it with water. Is great to have mixed in with oats for breakfast as well. Gentle on the tummy too, I have one each morning on an empty stomach before going on a 40-50 min dog walk and it's great -
