This taste amazing with water or milk, i personally prefer half n half it taste a like naughty milkshake but only its good for you. Doesn't take much effort to mix, to be exact 20 shakes in the shaker and you have a rich, creamy, dreamy drink. Last point it is not tooo sweet either! Try it you wont be disappointed!! -

Great flavor on its own and even a small amount in a breakfast smoothie can give a great chocolate hit. Doesn't create a very thick consistency which I prefer when mixing into smoothies, but that is probably dependent on how much product you use. Very large scoop which means the product doesn't last as long compared to some others.
