Spicy! But tolerable. Such a great change from the usual ultra sweet flavors on the market. Works well, gives a great and sustained energy boost that doesn't leave you feeling like you're on another planet. Only negative is it chunks together, bad. Worth the hype. I stayed away from Ghost products because the bright packaging seemed too much and wouldn't live up to the claims. I finally tried it thanks to a couple people I know recommended it, I'm so glad I did. This stuff gives just the right spicy kick and warmth during my workouts and while I teach spin classes. Tastes great too. Little tip... if it's too spicy drink it mixed in soda water, takes the burn down a little and makes it even more enjoyable. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. I recommend starting with one scoop and then going the full 2 scoops once you've become accustomed because it can be quite intense when first starting it out. Sour watermelon is my fave flavor so far.
