Fuel your pre-workout routine with this advanced formulation designed to optimise your performance during exercise. Unlike most pre-work supplements, Pre-Workout Fuel contains a high level of carbohydrates – 26 g per serving. Healthspan use fast-acting maltodextrin to fuel your workout, plus added creatine to increase your physical performance and intensity.*
Each serving also provides 4 g of essential BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) in a Leucine-heavy 4:1:1 ratio, in addition to an amino acid complex featuring Citrulline malate, beta-alanine, L-taurine and L-tyrosine. They’ve kept this formulation caffeine-free.
