My favourite protein! I switch between salted caramel and banana, I also love the chocolate flavour. I'll have my protein powder as is after training, in a smoothie, protein pancakes even. I notice the changes in my body when I have protein each day, more definition and notice my body doesn't get as fatigued at the end of the week. Love it!
