Tastes different, but it was the first time having bone broth. Drank it when I was sick and did not have an appetite. I use the whole scoop in 300 -350mls of hot water. I add a teaspoon of MCT and a dash of Tabasco. For everyone doing keto or low carb, this is an easy go to. I use in place of a snack and if I’m wanting a light meal, I have with keto toast. Beats having to boil bones for 48-72 hours etc.
