PERFECT. I've been vegan for a little over a year and training for around 3 - 4 years, last year taking it more seriously. I've used all of the Amazonia Raw and PranaOn proteins and hands down this is so much better. Super rich, creamy and full flavoured. We've been using it with coconut water and a greens supplement, then blend up with banana. Recommend the blender over the shaker for the protein, it's just so damn good.- James
