This is the first time using this product and I must say it won't be the last, this product really works well. Not only am I not cramping after training day but my muscles are feeling better for taking this product, and during training it's keeping me well hydrated. I find the flavour and the make up of this GAT SPORTS EAA supplement one of the best I've ever used. Absolutely worth purchasing if you want to gain epic results.- Corey
