It’s ok. Taste- wise It’s not too sweet, which is really refreshing, but the flavor also isn’t that strong and doesn’t quite mask the effervescent and salts. Hydration-wise it seems to work well. It’s not the best electrolyte I’ve tried but it’s good enough for one with all natural ingredients that don’t upset the stomach- Rebecca
