I've know been using this product everyday for 4 months and it is the only fat burner that has actually worked for me. I'm the leanest that I have been I years, without losing muscle. It works great and is also great for surpressing my hunger, which helps me stick to my diet. Highly recommended. I've tried all of the flavours and Luna Colada is my favourite.- Shredder
