I wanted a change from vanilla and chocolate proteins, so based on the reviews I bought the salted caramel in this brand. It 100% lives up to the reviews - absolutely delicious! I love how thick the consistency of the shake is, it makes it really nice and filling. It doesn't feel like I'm drinking a protein shake at all really, more like a delicious milkshake. Quality protein too, I actually found my recovery better using this shake post workout than the syntha-6 I was using previously. Will be buying more of this in the future.
