I am really happy to find that this veggie protein is gentle on my stomach. I used to get crippling pain on whey products. This also motivates me to blend up some fruit and have it as a smoothie to get even more plant nutrients into my system. I have also mixed it with porridge and the taste is good. Quite happy with this product as I have sampled five plant protein brands so far.- Dan
