I'm just about to start my 3rd tub of ghost glow! And let me tell you it has done wonders for me! The biggest difference I've noticed is that my nails have become so strong and long. I've never been able to grow my nails past a certain point because they would always break. I wish I could upload a photo to show you all how healthy and strong they are now!! They look like fake nails but they are all natural!! I've using ghost glow since September and been growing them for 3 months and they look amazing! Apart from that my skin is looking really clear at the moment and my hair is looking and feeling nice and healthy/strong. If you aren't like me and can drink something in the evening without needing to wake up and go to the bathroom too often then drinking this in the evening is perfect as I've noticed that it really does relax you! Finally, this product is more than worth it, even if it did only make my nails strong and healthy. I love the idea of nourishing your body from the inside so it glows on the outside. If you were on the fence, I'd say give it a go, especially now that it's on sale! (I am not sponsored or anything I just genuinely have been wanting to give this a review for anyone who is interested and I usually don't bother with reviews). Both flavours are delicious??
