Perfect for what I was after, it doesn't taste too sweet which is what I find with a lot of pre work outs. Gives me the right level of tingles to get my pump on.

I got the Fruit Punch flavour. Tastes more like cherry and is very bright red. Is a good product with the right amount of caffeine to boost my workouts. Small amount of itchy in the arms/hands but doesn't bother me. Would buy again

I bought the Gold Standard Pre Workout in the watermelon honesty the best pre work out. I've tried doesn't make you itchy and best flavour legit taste like a juice good price swell for the amount you get.

All the energy without the anxiety or the jitters. Not gonna lie, I don't use it to work out, I take it and then spend five hours feeding calves, but find it great! Green Apple and Strawberry Lime are my fave flavours.

Gives a decent kick with 175mg of caffeine. The pre advanced has a better kick but this is very good to help balance your caffeine in take

This is really nice! I chuck a heap of ice blocks in the shaker then top up with water. Its like a slushy. Great flavour.

This pre workout tastes great, gives you a tiny amount of tingles (which is just enough for me as I don't really like them) and gets you through ann 1 1/2 hour long workout! Great for beginners/ people who are new to using pre workout as it is low stim, and great for using for evening workouts!

It much reduces left over stiffness and muscle aches; it aids mood and enthusiasm; improves vascularity in the sense of improving blood flow; it improves rep numbers and the weights that can be lifted; allows you to reduce rest time between sets; effective for a good hour of training. Use it with Elemental Pump - as I do - for best results

Liked the taste mixes well I actually had the green apple flavor which taste like tangy lollies. I didn't find it gave me a good boost though. Would recommend for low tolerant user

My go to. . . Literally before every training session! I swear by it! No tingles (unless you've had too much), could do with a smaller (narrow not wide) scoop to make dry scooping easier, however, that's never gonna make me opt out.. Always stay stocked! Pineapple is THE BEST!

Had the apple flavour one and it’s so yum, doesn’t taste bad at all and I dry scoop it! Also can notice a difference if I don’t take it, so definitely gives me a good boost of energy

The first time using this preworkout I definitely found an increase in endurance and energy. However lately I've been finding that it hasn't really kicked in as much as what I'd like it to (find myself yawning in the gym). Not sure on whether to increase the amount on how much I use but taste is great!

Second time ever trying a pre workout. First time was some crazy one which gave my body crazy pins and needles which apparently was normal but just drove me crazy and I'd been put off ever since. This pre workout both tastes good and gives you plenty of energy for a workout (even a long, heavy leg day) without feeling like you have fire ants under your skin. Would recommend to others and this will be my go to from now on.

Perfect for beginners. I have been slowly working my way up from half a scoop. It does give me a extra boost in the gym. Helps to feel motivated and have a productive workout every time. When looking for a pre-workout I was nervous about having too much energy or crashing but this one feels natural and doesn't affect me in a negative way. Watermelon is really yummy.

Love! Gives you a nice wee pick me up without making you feel too amped up give you that horrible shakey feeling. The green apple tastes so nice! I wasn't a big fan of the fruit punch but it was okay. The watermelon is very strong but nice and I loved the pineapple too. I haven't tried the blueberry or strawberry yet but I'm sure I will! Love taking this pre workout

I really like this pre workout. It works well and tastes really good. Green apples the best so far. It's awesome for newbies to pre workout to try too. It's small so easily fits in your bag, It's gold, so it doesn't get lost...in your bag. Long story short, fricken love it.

Really good product. I had previously been using C4 and this is totally comparable, if not better. Great taste and find I don’t have to use quite as much as the C4. Excellent energy boost. Still tingly but I don’t mind that.

I bought this because Sprint Fit didn't have my usual one in stock. I have had it for a week, and it works. It doesn't give me the hype and jitters as my usual pre-workout, but that is not a bad change.
