I've always been a pretty slim guy, deffinently not muscular but definitely not skinny. Recently I've set a goal of picking up 5kgs before Christmas, I set this 2 weeks ago. In 2 weeks of using this product I've picked up 2 kgs and its only just gotten to November haha. It mixes well, is relatively easy to drink, I did find it a tad sweet at first but really isn't too bad. I had the vanilla. I really struggled to have a full serving as it is a ton of calories at once lol but it is do-able, but some people with sensitive stomachs will have difficulty with this. But i now have half in the morning and the other half throughout the rest of the day and i find it to be a much better way of taking it. All in all, fantastic product, and so far has definitely done its job!

awesome product , very similar to serious mass. but i personally like serious mass , because it has just a bit more ingredients and it tastes better. low fat and sugar and high in protein , good amount of carbs as well. good value for your money.

Tastes great! Having 2 - 3 shakes a day, I am gaining the mass I want. Would recommend to anyone looking for a solid mass gainer!
