I actually purchased this product for my son. First time using this brand pf the Micronised Creatine but visually from using another product, with his daily workouts and other products, he is helping to aid his muscle mass gain.

Definitely feel more energised for a workout! I have to eat with this creatine and workout straight after I take it so I don't feel jittery but it's great when I take it properly!

Have gone through a couple of tubs of Balance Creatine. No issues it does the job. Made in New Zealand which I like as well.
