This brand is my go-to!! The flavours literally taste like a milkshake! Best thing is to pop a few ice cubes in it if your having it with water to make it nice and refreshing! They blend really well with water or milk - no bloating after or feeling sluggish, you won’t regret!!

With Syntha-6 edge bsn has gone to another level in my eyes. Less carbs than most other protein and same big impact protein amount. It Mixes smooth and tastes so great you want more espec vanilla heads like me. Sprintfit has great prices and awesome service. Both are awesome
