I've decided to get active again and went for a run after gaining some weight, just to get one of my knees sore.
So I've decided to take this product concomitantly with low impact and moderated strength exercises.
The pain went away in 1 month but is hard to tell the contribution from the product.
Nevertheless I would buy again if I start to feel any joint getting overloaded.

after one week you can start to have less pain when you lift to much weight
