Have been using it for about a month. Can't see major changes yet. But can feel the changes.And helps with cutting down on amount that I'm eating. And sweet cravings.

Like that these are in capsule form so they're easy and quick to take with other morning pills. Find these curb my hunger well and help me make better food decisions as I'm not feeling so hungry anyway. Usually take 1 a day, sometimes 2 depending on what I'm doing. No jittery or unusual feelings with these pills, have already ordered a second bottle for when the first finishes.

This product says you can take one in the morning and then one in the afternoon I do not recommend that, the afternoon tablet has messed up my sleep for the past three days. The morning tablet has been great, energy levels are good and Iv lost two kilos already. Unless you plan on staying up til 1am easy does it with these.

I take these before I work out in the morning. Provides the boost I need to power through my workout. Never had any side effect myself due to the caffeine.

Quite different to 2.0 Wouldn’t recommend if you’re sensitive to caffeine and its effects. Took a while for my body to adjust to it. Seemed to have given me some energy for my workouts but Felt quite hungry on the days I took these.

This product definitely lives up to its name. Definitely got that energy boost that lasts all day, even post a morning training session. I can’t take more than one a day and not after midday as the hit keeps me awake! Make sure you drink a lot of water with this product too.

I personally think these are one of the best fat burners. I take this when I wake up on the way to work. After 10 mins Im wide awake and can feel it working in my stomach. It also suppresses my hunger very well too.

This is a fairly good product but you do need to eat write and exercise in order to see results. Both my friend and I used the product at the same time and I lost 3kg over 3weeks, where she lost 1kg but ate a lot of junk food at the same time. Massive energy hit in the morning which was great, but felt like it wore of by midday which I then had the next dose and it was great for. Didn't keep me up at night either.

Ripped Freak is a strong and powerful fat burner. Will only work if you are training and eating well. If you're sitting on the couch don't bother. I lost 6KGs but was training hard while on it.
