This is new must have for me. Better vitamin variety and concentration than regular multivitamins, with added blends and for a good price. One pill gives 100% RDA for most vitamins.
I'm avoiding taking at night because I suspect the blends were keeping me awake.

I was getting the optimum gold standard pre workout, blueberry lemonade. The taste was excellent & not sweet & sickly like some of the others. I'm now getting the optimum amino energy, because of the electrolytes it has. The tangerine was a bit sickly, but the watermelon, cranberry lemonade & the apple have been great. They give me the boost I need without feeling sick.
