Haven't tried it yet because some leftover Muscletech to be finished off first. Opened the cap and found that the flavor smells really good. The reason why I bought the Balance is due to the ingredients. They are most all natural stuff, no bad sweeteners. Compared to others, the NZ made stuff is more healthy. Recommended!- Jacky
