Love Muscle Nation products, and this new preworkout is amazing! Love the sour green apple - I use half a scoop and it gives just the right amount of tingles and energy. The tingles last maybe 5-10mins so and aren't super intense, so would still recommend even if you arent a fan of the tingly sensation.- Kayelana
