Wouldn’t buy again, the Candy sticks flavour is very sweet/sickly and advises 1L of dilution which is a huge volume to try get down at once. Terrible disappointed and will get something else. Normal sort of workout burn but nothing spectacular.
Orange Fizz
I’ve tried a lot of pre workouts and this is the only one that seems to actually give me good energy and headspace for a great workout. If you’ve tried a few and don’t really get anything from it anymore I suggest giving this one a go.

Love Muscle Nation products, and this new preworkout is amazing! Love the sour green apple - I use half a scoop and it gives just the right amount of tingles and energy. The tingles last maybe 5-10mins so and aren't super intense, so would still recommend even if you arent a fan of the tingly sensation.
