Sometimes for various reasons that are out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty. Please notify us as soon as possible with a photo and brief description or the damage or fault. Once you have notified us, we will arrange for the return of the product for assessment. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault, it will be replaced free of charge.
For fast processing of your return, please ensure the following:
- You retain the original packaging and invoice
- You accurately describe the fault or damage
- You attach clear photographs of the damage

If you've changed your mind you can return your item as long as it's unopened, in mint condition and returned within 10 days of delivery. If the item does not arrive in this condition, Sprint Fit reserves the right to reject the return. The shipping for the return will also be at the cost of the buyer. Once we've received the item and our returns team confirms everything checks out OK, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method. If accepted the refund will be processed minus a restocking fee of $9.99.
Provided the item is unopened and in mint condition we'll organize a return and exchange of the incorrect product. If you open the product you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

All products in the clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned. Please be mindful of expiry dates and faults when shopping in the clearance section as highlighted in bold red writing.

- Include proof of purchase and a detailed description of why you are returning the product
- Once received in our warehouse, we will process the return within 5 business days to ensure a swift refund. Please note a restocking fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your total. Size exchanges of wearable items (e.g. belts, knee sleeves, etc.) are exempt from this.
You must use a courier service or it will not be sent to us. We recommend that you keep a record of your shipment until replacement or credit is received.
