Just got this to try and increase my “good fat” intake for better overall diet balance. Natural foods are expensive here or I dislike them or I can’t eat them. Seems alright. Not sure if there are any benefits to losing weight tho but if that’s your goal I wouldn’t bother with this anyway. It was pretty cheap on special.
