I love this product, works well to boost my metabolism, and is stimulant free. I drink it straight, but you can dilute with water.

Since my friend got me onto this stuff I have noticed a big difference in my energy levels and I have lost a lot of weight too due to that. I just have it like a shot with a little bit of cold water 30 minutes to an hour before I go to the gym, or first thing in the morning and it tastes pretty nice as far as shots go. 100% recommend!
