Love this product...I always buy it when it's on special tho :P Have noticed a difference in my hair, nails and skin. Skin heals faster, nails grow faster (still bite them tho oops) hair is less prone to breakage. Unfortunately it doesn't take away the grey hairs and wrinkles. Blueberry is by far the best flavour - sweet and sour taste. Peach tastes kinda like sweetened cordial.- Sammie
