RaspberryEffects of Deficit were 2Kg fat loss over 6-7 weeks, 17.5% to 15.1% body fat. This was with 10-15min H.I.I.T sessions after gym sessions (5 gym sessions per week, usually 1 to 2 40-50min cardio sessions per week), 10min Sauna after gym sessions (increased from 2 sauna sessions to 5 a week, and minimal change to diet outside of portion size management and lower sugar intake (less naughty food), diet was reasonably good prior. Most noticeable effect from it was sweat output which was definitely noticeable.
