I received a small custard protein taste sachet at F45 during one of my challenges and when I tried it mixed with milk I was surprised how delicious it tasted!! Sometimes I add a frozen banana just to make it a bigger meal replacement and it also tastes amazing. I am a very picky protein shake drinker but this protein shake powder is absolutely my favorite.- Love
