Welch's Grape
Was a good deal, I got two, pineapple and black grape. Pineapple is fine. I don’t usually like grape flavoured things but it’s pretty good actually. I read the back of every single product like this (fat burners, with stims), from every site I could find. This is the only one that had almost all of the ingredients I wanted and none that I didn’t want. I drink it with a lot more water than is recommended to dilute it because I found it made my lip tingle and dry. It’s the first thing I consume in a day. The caffeine helps my nervous system, I have neurological issues that cause whole-body numbness and immobility after sleep. Drinking this helps me move to begin the day, but has no negative side effects associated with caffeine consumption. It controls appetite all day so I can eat scheduled instead of hormone reactivity. Overall I am very happy with this product.- Shak
