Yummy bars, have them either before or after training. Don’t feel too full so ok to eat before exercising.

Tastes like a pineapple lump but the taste seems to have changed with the latest boxes that we have been receiving. Bar is now softer than the older versions but has a unpleasant after taste. Prefer the older batches of this product.

This is my go to meal replacement/supplement for when im on the go and have no time to eat before a workout. Never fails to get me through one !

I really love the Chocolate Fudge one. I usually have a bout 2 of these a day and its not too much. Absolutely love it and the texture is very good also.
