Recommended Use

• Standard Daily Use: Take 1 serve (5g) daily, either immediately before or after training. On non-training days, consume 1 serve in the morning to maintain optimal muscle saturation.

• Optional Loading Protocol: Take 1 serve (5g) four times daily (20g total) for 5 consecutive days, then maintain with a single 5g serve daily thereafter.
