Loving this pre workout and fat burner. Sometimes it does make your tongue feel a bit funny but that’s just because of the red pepper extract. This is a really clean and good working pre workout, the flavor is great too it tastes like lollies! I love the blueberry one the most but strawberry is great too. With a good diet and exercise you will definitely see results as I have noticed it working much more with a clean diet. Great product and definitely will buy again!- ShanS
