My son is a cyclist and we find that your Vital Green’s in a smoothie with egg & banana etc are just fantastic for him post and pre races!! So the “freebie” shaker is just perfect as well. I bought the 55+ for “Mr” to try get him off the Berrocca’s he thinks are good for him ?
