Absolutely love the ON Extreme milk chocolate Whey. It's my first thing in the morning and last thing at night go to treat. Mix a serving with 150ml skim milk and, OMG, it's like a chocolate ice-cream without a cone :). Great price at sprint (especially the 10lb bag) and I really appreciate the loyalty discounts and little freebee testers these guys send out - which I often go on to buy outright !! Flavor (French Vanilla) 7/10 (Vanilla Ice Cream) 9/10 Mix ability 10/10 I can't comment on 'size gains' etc. as I am not tracking them. Will continue buying ON products as they have all proven their worth. Currently using Gold Standard pre workout, Gold Standard BCAA train and recover and this.
