Fruit Punch
Had a early session so took it 30 mins after one meal. Best workout I've had in a while gives you that slow release engery not like others where you just get a big anxious riddden caffeine hit. No beta alanine itches and nice pumps with 8gms of citruline malate. Just one thing the flavour wasn't the greatness but it's pre workout I just smack it down one gulp anyway.
