The product is great and mixes well with anything given it's got not flavouring of its own. Reason I am giving 4.5 stars and not 5 is only because the inside seal (the cardboard one) wasn't fully sealed so once I tore the plastic seal on the outside of the lid, a whole lot of the powder spilled out.

This is a great product especially for beginner levels of fitness. I would struggle to complete a workout but can definitely see a difference when taking this creatine.

The product is a must for every gym addict because it does wonders???? energy, focus, strength and alot of other amazing benefits but please drink a lot of water plus the loading phase for a week is a must do. Sprint fit is extremely reliable with service and delivery was on point ?? would recommend best company I’ve used so far ??

Love this brand of creatine, also love the fact that you can buy it in bulk (166 servings) so I don't have to worry about stocking up every month or so like other brands. The supplement itself is so effective and I've seen increases in results after starting to take Creatine.
