BSN Syntha 6 is the best tasting protein powders I have tried. Mixes well with water or milk. Normally I have vanilla ice cream but this time I’m trying chocolate milkshake. I haven’t tried yet but I’m sure looking forward to it. Well priced at sprint fit and delivered quickly. Cheers

I usually ist EHP Labs Oxywhey as I love the Banana Bliss flavour. This is becoming difficult to get, so I thought I’d try BSN Syntha 6 banana. Result - love it very smooth and creamy and the banana flavour is beautiful.

Actually - I enjoy this product. Its helped me maintain my hunger also, no funny after taste. I generally stick to vanilla cos its a flavour you can manipulate if you don't like it. Weight management wise, I do notice a significant improvement in muscle mass, like I'm keeping and toning more than losing it. I recommend it if your a first timer, ease you into supps kinda thing
