These capsules are great. I find them so much more convenient than the powder, because I can travel with them. I just take them alongside my vitamins twice a day.

ON products are always reliable. I have been taking this creatine product for a year now. I stopped taking them for a month, and I could feel the reduced strength after 2 weeks. after going back on them, I regained the strength in two weeks

Good price, good product. Exactly what you expect from creatine monohydrate. Mixes well and a good addition to the post workout shake. I will be buying this product again.
