This stuff is great. I literally take it to the gym with my everyday and I have noticed a major difference in my muscles after working out - I don't get as sore and I can definitely put more work in because I know that my body is recovering while I workout

Love this stuff. Helps with recovery wothout a doubt. I mainly ise it for reducing or eliminating cramps while on keto cutting cycles and it works so well.

Love this stuff! Easy to mix and drink, the flavours aren’t too sweet/strong... I find one scoop lasts for 1.2L of water easy :)

My Favorite BCAA'S! Love all the flavors. This time round I got Watermelon & the Strawberry kiwi. Both really nice, really hard to say what a favorite would be. Pineapple's always a good bet but u can't go wrong with any of them. So refreshing!

This stuff is the best. We use it daily for training. Really helps. The shipping with Sprintfit and how fast the turnaround from ordering to getting it to my door the next day is why I only use Sprintfit. Thanks guys!

Grape and blue raspberry flavour have been awesome. Although grape is much stronger, I find I only need 1 scoop in my 1.2L bottle. Looking forward to trying the rest!

I do find this doesn’t product is not as nice as my normal brand but it could be the flavour so I may try the Strawberry/Kiwi flavour next time.

my fave flavour is grape its awesome ive also tried watermelon and green apple but ill stick with grape from now on. while on keto it stopped my cramping issues in legs during cardio work outs. this stuff is a game changer for me.

Love these BCAA’s. I’ve been using them for a while and I can definitely notice a difference when I take them as I don’t feel as fatigued or sore after workouts. Watermelon is the best flavour, strawberry kiwi is nice too but better in chilled water.

A must-have for training. We have this three times a day and helps get through training as well as helping with muscle recovery. I find you don't feel tired as sore as usual

As someone who works out in the evening and doesn't like having caffeine too late in the day, this was perfect for me. It's helped me push through my workouts (especially when leaning down which can be very tiring) and tastes great. It's also nice to have as a calorie-free treat if you have a sweet tooth.
