I love the flavour of the Musashi Shred and Burn Chocolate Milkshake. I sprinkle abit on my cereal over my yoghurt, have a scoop in my homemade fruit/vege shake or mix by itself with abit of water/milk. I love how it aids in my weightloss, mixed with my daily workouts.

Always love shred & burn protein - filling but doesn't bloat me the same way a lot of other proteins do. This one has a bit more of a gritty texture which could put some people off but personally not bothered by it, and I have a big sweet tooth which this satisfies :)

Fast delivery have noticed a big change,plenty of energy and weight loss has increased while getting the protein intake. I also feel full longer than usual.

Taste is good . But not sure it's the best protein for me . Bloating quiet bad . But thermo definitely works . And tea extract makes you pee hah . Will try a pea protein next .

Great product and mixes well with water, but is a little too sweet for my taste. It seems sweeter than the regular Musashi whey protein.

Mixes well but is super sweet. As someone who is t massive on sweet foods, this stuff is almost too much to handle post workout. Flavour is fine and texture is quite pleasant when mixed with water. It almost needs a shot of espresso with it to make a mocha. Those artificial sweeteners might have no calories, but they are super sweet.

Made with water and a little crushed ice, only takes seconds to blitz and results in smooth pleasant tasting drink. Only downside is that it is sweeter than I would usually have but will suit the sweet tooth. Too soon to notice any shred but will continue using.

I wouldn’t get this one again just cause I didn’t realise the caffeine in it I don’t go well with caffeine but the flavour was not too bad .
