Changed from Balance vegan vanilla to this, definitely notice more energy 1.5hr before a workout and feel more lean after using this for a few weeks. Also helps with recovery, not too sore after am and pm workouts 5 days a week plus am morning wkends. Taste not great but woth 200ml water just gulping it is fine and not the worse taste in the world.

The chocolate milkshake flavour is really tasty. The caffeine creeps up on you though. Definitely can’t be having this and a coffee in a day. Didn’t have the protein for one day and had the worst caffeine headache ever.

This is super sweet like others have said. Best to make with extra water to dilute sweetness but overall pretty good. Service was really quick and arrived the morning after it was ordered

Very sweet but I add yoghurt and banana to mine to dull it down but it tastes great. I think I will try vanilla next time to lessen the sweetness. But overall very good.

Crazy good to start on, tastes absolutely amazing and goes down just like chocolate milk. Can’t recommend this enough for either beginners or people who want to stay healthy but not professional body builder level.
