I did body building in my 20s.was taking supplements then 25 years later I am getting back into training... shred and burn by musashi is giving me fast results, I can feel my muscles responding to it .. not to mention my brain ,bringing me back in time almost ,with its delicious vanilla flavor ..I'm hooked ...

Our gym gave out samples of this and I enjoyed the chocolate one buy they are bit over priced. Thought I get it from SprintFit. Fast delivery and the protein taste amazing!
