Honestly, this is a solid protein bar Protein & Macros: 44g of protein for around 354 calories is pretty impressive. If you're trying to hit your protein target without blowing out calories, this makes it easy. Flavour: For a high-protein bar, the flavor is actually great. Let’s be real - protein bars are still protein bars, they’re never going to taste like actual cheesecake - but this one is easy to eat and doesn’t have that overly artificial aftertaste. The lemon flavor comes through nicely without being overpowering. Value: Good price for what you get. A decent snack that actually helps you hit your macros instead of just being a sugary filler. Overall, a reliable, high-protein option that tastes good enough to buy again.

Been eating these for over two years now, great for a snack, breakfast or lunch if in a hurry. Very filling and super satisfying - got my husband on them now to reduce his massive carb intake, and curb his chocolate addiction!

Great product, I cut mine into 4 pieces and have one little chunk at a time (11g) generally after a workout or as a little snack between meals. All the flavours I've tried are nice, but peanut butter is my favourite

Love these bars. I cut them in half so I have half at morning tea and the other half if I need to after dinner. They help me achieve my protein goals for the day, keep hunger at bay and I feel I am having a little treat.

Really good macros. Compared to protein powder you're getting around 2 scoops worth of protein with some extra calories in it too. They're super chewy and heavy, which makes you feel really full.

First time trying them and they are awesome! Great size, chocolatey and a chewy texture which satisfies my sweet tooth. Only need a half most of the time. I carry one in my bag each day, great fir on the go snack and sweet craving. Has helped me immensely to increase my protein ta get and reduce food cravings.

Wasn't impressed by these bars. Bought 12 for a snowboarding trip to Japan of various flavours and brought back nine. Horrible taste and a work out for the jaw. Not sure what I'm going to do with the remaining nine.
