I have tried a lot of low carb protein bars, and I have not tried any better than the shred and burn bars. They are tasty, have good texture (not chewy, not too hard, not floury) and are filling. The best flavor by a mile is the chocolate mint. Highly recommend!

Very good for snacks whilst on the run I work 12 hour shifts on an ambulance and struggle to eat this gives me a boost till we are able to dine properly. Also keeps me within calories for when on season for diet

The espresso bar, is the best tasting in the game. Soft and creamy texture (not dry at all). With flavor notes of coffee for you coffee lovers. Leaving you feeling energized with the guarana but you'll never feel a crash.

Good product. Does exactly what its advertised to do- shred and burn. Plus it tastes good. Its cheaper to buy from Sprint than the super market. Will definitely keep purchasing it.
