Don’t walk run! Best pump at the gym almost as good as pre workout. You don’t get the shakes and everything that comes with it! Best service and next day delivery to ???? 11/10

I have used Oxyshred for several years now and I love it. I use it primarily in the morning and occasionally at lunch time when I'm doing a night shift. I don't drink coffee so this is my alternative! I get an increase in energy and no crash what so ever. I have not used it as a prework out before though I know a few people do.
Pina Colada: 5/5
Kiwi Strawberry: 5/5
Wild melon: 4/5 (tastes like rock melon)
Pink Grapefruit: 3/5
I find all the flavors mix well and aren't over bearing, the aren't particularly sweet but can be a bit strong, adding some extra water helps with that. I typically have mine with about 400-600 mls of water.

By far my favourite fat burner. Taste great and is a good kick start in the morning.
