I am gluten free but not vegan. This is such a smooth protein mix. I mix it with peanut butter, water, a banana and oats. It has helped me gain muscle and lay off snacking. The taste is okay, I prefer the chocolate chocolate one but the peanut butter makes it much nicer! Great buy overall.

Salted Caramel
This is one of the few vegan/plant based proteins I've found that has a nice consistency. Salted caramel was the first one I've tried. The flavor was stronger than expected and has a golden syrup like taste, so would be delicious in pancakes. As Nuzest has recently changed their sweetner & is no longer consumable I've decided to try Blessed's Choc flavour and by golly it's a winner. Just added it to my smoothie so good.
