This is my second time using this Protein and I can say that it gives you energy for your cardio routine (taking it one hour before and around half an hour after training), helps you with fat loss and at the same time improving your weight lifting.
In terms of flavor, I have tried only chocolate, which is pretty good even with water only.
I do recommend this product if your objective is lose weight doing exercise regularly.
