Ok creatine does upset my stomach quite a bit might just be myself and sensitive to it, also doesn’t mix well can taste the grains in the shake

Well..... creatine is creatine when it comes to effect. Always tasteless so no issue there & always good to stack 3-5g with your PWO for that extra explosiveness during your WO.

Really good value creatine, doesn't mix as well as i thought so can have a bit of grainy residue at the bottom but otherwise very good
